Our client, a construction company based in Nairobi is seeking to recruit a highly motivated assistant office administrator Duties and responsibilities • Receiving the customers, clients, visitors in a polite and pleasant way with a good smile and assist them. • Answering the phone calls made, and redirecting them to the concerned people effectively. • Receiving postal and courier packages. • General administrative and clerical support. • Arranging and scheduling for appointments. • Coordinating the communication between employees of different departments. • Providing excellent customer service with good satisfaction. • Provide assistance on interview preparation and recruitment and proactive on main interviews. • Providing general administrative support such as preparing correspondence, forms and reports, arranging meetings, processing confidential reports and documents, filing electronic and hard copy and taking down minutes as needed. • Collecting all relevant documents and preparing source documentation needed for new hires. • Assist in employee orientation and day to day development. Requirements. • Higher diploma or diploma in Administration and human resource. • C+ and above b O levels. • At least 2 years experience. • Experience as a PA is an added advantage. • Medium proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet Explorer. • Knowledge of office administrative procedures. • Excellent customer care skills. • Excellent communication and writing skills. • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. • Professional personal presentation. • Ability to operate under immense pressure. • Outgoing and loves dealing with people.
